Ringas Cafe & Tapas Bar is owned
and operated by Brett Deverall and Jason McLauchlan.
While operating another business in the Northern districts
of Sydney, they saw an opportunity for a unique dining
experience in the North Ryde/Marsfield area. Hence Ringas
Cafe & Tapas Bar was established.
Ringas Cafe & Tapas Bar creates a relaxed and friendly
atmosphere. Great food is available for Breakfast, Brunch,
Lunch and Tapas time. The friendly staff can explain
the menu (and Tapas concept) and will ensure your dining
experience will be fondly remembered. And don’t
forget the ever-popular pitchers of Sangria to help
create the Spanish atmosphere!
Brett's brings to Ringas Cafe & Tapas Bar extensive
experience in fine dining restaurants in London, Paris,
Perth and Sydney. Most recently, he was Executive Chef
at Sails of Lavender Bay and Mezzaluna Restaurant at
Potts Point. Brett now creates the cafe's distinctive
cuisine, utilising the freshest of ingredients. Delicious
food is his passion - come in and see for yourself.
